Pursuing the same investment thesis that Broome has successfully employed with urban infill residential development, we are actively pursuing infill self-storage development opportunities in the same locations. We develop self-storage in the Southeastern markets and pursue sites with higher barriers to entry, while constructing an attractive Class A product targeting the rapidly growing city core population.
