Mike Bednarski, Founding Partner
Mike is the second generation principal of a family-owned real estate investment and property management company, a vertically integrated company that has been in operation for over 30 years. Mike has extensive experience overseeing the operations and acquisitions facets of the business, as well as raising institutional capital to execute the various opportunistic strategies.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Florida having received a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a Master’s in Business Management. Mike is a licensed commercial and residential Building Contractor with the State of Florida and also holds a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License. He has also achieved a Master’s of Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Peggy Tseung, Founding Partner
Peggy has over 15 years of corporate finance and investing experience. Prior to co-founding Broome Capital with Mike Bednarski, she was a research analyst with a multi-billion hedge fund in NYC, specializing in equity investments. Peggy started her career as an investment banking analyst at JPMorgan Chase. She has extensive underwriting, financing, buyout, workout and public market experiences. She is responsible for overseeing corporate management, finance and accounting and capital raising.
Peggy holds a BS with Finance concentration and a MBA with Real Estate concentration from Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania.
Ryan Studzinski, Partner
Ryan has worked in the real estate industry for over 14 years and has a strong track record for success in property development, acquisitions, property management and operations. His varied career has included working within nearly all sectors of real estate throughout the Southeastern United States. Previously Ryan was closely involved in the development and construction of over 1,500 low-rise and midrise apartment and condominium units throughout Tampa Bay with a combined project value exceeding $250MM. Additionally, Ryan has spent numerous years in various financial analyst roles within the commercial real estate arena and worked as an institutional broker for one of the top multifamily groups in Florida.
Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Engineering, a Master’s Degree from Georgia Tech in Building Construction and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University. Ryan is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and holds a Florida Real Estate Brokerage License.
Jordan Farrales, Director – Acquisitions & Development
Jordan has over 7 years of experience as a professional debt and equity investor in both public and private markets. With a career that began as an investment analyst for a multi-billion dollar hedge fund, Jordan’s career pivoted when he joined a private investment firm in Miami where he led real estate acquisitions across various hospitality and self-storage assets. In Jordan’s current role at Broome Capital, he is responsible for new deal generation, securing entitlements, and early stage development of the firm’s real estate projects. Jordan is active as a member of several organizations including the Young Leaders Group of the National Self Storage Association, Florida Self Storage Association, Urban Land Institute, Real Estate Investment Council, as well as the Society of Real Estate Professionals.
Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of South Florida.
